GENERAL: All of our horror props and costume items are made to order. Horror props and Costume Items are USUALLY shipped within 30 days of your order, but might be delayed due to number of orders being placed and time of year being ordered. The Halloween and Christmas season are very busy for us so please keep in mind items ordered around than may take longer to receive. If you need an item in time for Halloween please place the order a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. If you need an item sooner than the normal production time please contact us to see if your deadline can be met.
PAYMENT: All costume and prop items must be paid for in full prior to any costume and prop piece being made and shipped. Large orders over $1000 may qualify for payment plans. Please email or call ahead to make arrangements. If qualifications are met a deposit is required. And full payment is required generally no longer than 90 days. Your order will not be placed on the order list until final payment is made.
CUSTOM WORK: If you are interested in a costume mask, horror prop, latex body suit or creature suit that you donīt see on our website, please email or call to get a quote to have it made special for you! Please note, custom work is more expensive as we have to custom sculpt the piece(s), mold, cast, tool and paint the pieces.
CUSTOM SPANDEX WORK: If you are interested in a costume spandex costume that you donīt see on our website, please email or call to get a quote to have it made special for you! Please note, custom spandex work is more expensive as we have to custom create a new pattern taken from measurements we are given and than make any necessary applications or accessories that may be needed to complete the costume.
CUSTOM SMALLER ITEMS: Our smaller items such as candles, clocks, jewelry, fountains, lamps, mirrors and other smaller items of the non costume and horror prop nature are kept in the studio in a small inventory. There for they will ship almost immediately. Pleas keep in mind that even though we do keep a small inventor on hand when it runs out we have 2 make more so there is a slight chance your order may have to be made to order.
FX SUPPLIES: when ordering products in our FX supplies section please keep in mind that these items are kept in stock in small quantities. this means that there is a chance that your order may be slightly delayed. if you have a specific dealing you are working on please call or email us regarding your time frame to make sure your order can be met.
SHIPPING: We ship our packages USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail, however, we can Overnight if needed. Please contact us for rates. For heavier orders over 50 lbs such as latex and mold making stones orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS due to better shipping costs please contact us for exact pricing. If you require an item to be shipped fast, email or call before placing the order to make sure we can meet the deadline. Rush orders will have additional fees assessed. We will not offer refunds to those who do not email prior to their order, informing us of a deadline.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: When shipping international orders PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST FOR CORRECT SHIPPING AS PRICES MAY INCREASE. we still ship USPS due to lower rates. if a tracking number is required/ wanted or your order is over 50 lbs your order will be shipped via UPS or FEDEX so please contact us for exact costs.
RETURNS & REFUNDS: We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or exchanges on our merchandise, since all of our items are made to order. Not accepting returns also assures customers that they are receiving items that have never been used by anyone and that all of our costumes have never been worn by anyone else. However if for some reason and item is damaged upon arrival contact us asap and we will gladly fix the item for you. if the item is a spandex costume and it is defective we will exchange it for you. However please keep in mind the garment is of an intimate nature and by law cannot be returned once worn. Please inspect all items before wearing.
